Brightly appoints new General Manager and country leader for Australia

Blake Gordon will lead the company’s next growth phase for the APAC region

MELBOURNE. – Oct 9, 2023 – Brightly, a Siemens company and the global leader in enterprise asset management solutions, announced the appointment of Blake Gordon as General Manager for Australia, commencing October 2023.

The announcement follows the one-year anniversary of Brightly’s integration with global infrastructure technology giant Siemens.

Gordon has worked with Siemens in Australia for 15 years in various roles spanning sales, marketing, and leadership. His most recent role was the General Manager of the Motion Control and Customer Services business units within Digital Industries, which deliver automation and drive solutions. There, he specifically worked with customers in the resources, water, energy, ports, and general manufacturing industries.

Speaking on the appointment, SVP of International Operations, Steve Wilkens said, “Blake is uniquely positioned to lead Brightly in Australia given his experience within the local market and throughout his time at Siemens.
